Wow Surprise!!!

I like surprises. The good ones, of course. So I was happily surprised to receive an email from the Philippine Star online team that the article/s I submitted was among the six judged as the best. (Basis : story and pictures)

 

Seeing my article posted online was a joy in itself. Being considered as one of the good ones was marvelous. But to receive a prize? That was great! The online team never announced that they were giving away goodies. But last Wednesday, 6 amateur writers/photographers were the happy recipients of WOW Magic sing microphones and goodie bags!

 

This is the second time I received something for writing. The first one was a trip for two to Boracay. That was 8 years ago. 

 

Now who wants to sing?
